Hermes Group (Hermes CBS) was established 8 years ago and since then has developed an excellent reputation as trusted and sophisticated provider of services in property management, construction, refurbishment and property development.

From January 2015 Hermes Property Solutions has formed out of the Hermes Group as a separate company to concentrate on property management, lets and related services mainly for Russian and Eastern European clients.

What is different about us

Our fees

We offer the fee package
that is the most suitable for you.

Fee: 14%+VAT for 1st year and 12%+VAT for renewals. That includes:

  • Property advertising and search for tenants
  • Obtaining references and preparation of Tenancy Agreements
  • Rent collection
  • Transfer of utilities
  • Payment of outgoings (service charges)
  • Deposit protection
  • Organization of gas and electrical safety certificates
  • Organization of legal advice
  • Organization of repairs and maintenance
  • Arrangement of cleaning services

1. Let and managed buy-to-let properties

  • Fee depends on the property size, location, required services (organization of cleaning, testing, maintenance , arrangement of bills payments, service charges payments etc.)
  • Fee starts from GBP 300+VAT per month

All additional services to be provided at competitive rates with our 10% +VAT management fee upon invoices.
